Google Docs – Word processing & Collaborative Writing
Example task: Create and share a meeting agenda.
Steps:
Title it “Meeting Agenda – [Date]”.
Add headings: Objectives, Discussion Points, Action Items.
Click Share → Add emails of participants → Give Editor or Viewer rights.
Use @mention to assign tasks directly in the doc.

Google Sheets – Spreadsheets & Data Analysis
Example task: Track monthly expenses.
Steps:
Create columns: Date, Description, Category, Amount.
Use =SUM(E2:E20) to calculate total expenses.
Apply Filter for category-wise view.
Share with family or team for joint tracking.

Google Slides – Presentations
Example task: Create a 5-slide project report.
Steps:
Add a title slide with project name & date.
Add slides: Introduction, Method, Findings, Conclusion, Next Steps.
Use Insert → Chart → From Sheets to pull data directly.
Share or present via Google Meet.

Google Forms – Surveys & Quizzes
Example task: Collect feedback from students.
Steps:
Add title: “Course Feedback Form”.
Use multiple choice, linear scale, and paragraph questions.
Click Settings → Collect email addresses if needed.
Share link → Responses auto-save to Google Sheets.

Google Drive – File Storage & Sharing
Example task: Store and organize project documents.
Steps:
Name folder “Project ABC”.
Upload files (Docs, PDFs, Images) into the folder.
Right-click → Share with team members.
Use Star for quick access to important files.

Google Calendar – Scheduling & Reminders
Example task: Schedule a recurring team meeting.
Steps:
Click Create → Add event title, time, and Google Meet link.
Under Does not repeat, choose Weekly or as needed.
Add participants → Send invite.
Set reminders (10 mins before, 1 day before).

Google Meet – Video Conferencing
Example task: Host an online training session.
Steps:
Go to Google Meet → New meeting.
Choose Start an instant meeting or Schedule in Calendar.
Share meeting link with participants.
Enable Recording if needed.
Use Present now to share your screen.

Google Classroom –
Learning Management System
Example task: Create and assign an online quiz.
Steps:
Go to
Click + Create Class → Add subject & details.
Use Classwork → Create → Quiz Assignment.
Link a Google Form quiz.
Students submit → Grades and feedback appear in Classroom.
